Location: Birmingham

Position Overview:We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Support Workers to join our bank staff team on a zero-hour basis. This role offers flexible working hours to suit your availability, allowing you to work as and when needed to provide essential support to our clients. Whether you’re looking to gain experience in the care sector, need flexibility, or want to supplement other work, this role could be ideal for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality, person-centred care to our clients in various care settings.
  • Assist with personal care, mobility, meal preparation, and medication administration.
  • Promote a safe, clean, and supportive environment for clients.
  • Build positive relationships with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Maintain accurate records and adhere to all health and safety guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a care role is desirable but not essential; full training will be provided.
  • A compassionate, patient, and reliable nature with a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and evenings as needed.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and work as part of a team.
  • A valid DBS check or willingness to undergo one..
