Today is a monumental day in the journey of Queensway Homes. We proudly announce that we have officially become one of the largest providers of Domiciliary Care and Supported Living in Birmingham. This significant milestone was reached following the successful transfer of care services from the Longhurst Group.<\/span><\/p>\n

I extend a heartfelt thank you to everyone who played a role in ensuring a smooth and seamless transition. Special appreciation goes to the Birmingham Commissioners in Adult Social Care, The Brokerage Team, the dedicated social workers, the Directors at Longhurst, their Head of Services, and all staff members from both organisations. Your unwavering dedication and hard work throughout this process have been instrumental in our success.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Heart of the Transfer:<\/b><\/p>\n

From the onset, our collective goal was clear \u2013 to make sure the vulnerable individuals we support experienced minimal disruption. This commitment saw team members going above and beyond, working late into the night, and even participating in meetings during their holidays, all to facilitate a smooth transition.<\/span><\/p>\n
