This will include assisting with payroll administration, recruitment, employee records, compliance, employee relations, and general HR administration.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1297\" data-end=\"1510\">You will work closely with managers, the Accounts Department, and external advisors to ensure HR processes are accurate, efficient, confidential, and compliant with employment legislation and regulatory standards.<\/p>\n<h2 data-section-id=\"18w7bso\" data-start=\"1512\" data-end=\"1535\">Key Responsibilities<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"1537\" data-end=\"1586\">The successful candidate will be responsible for:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1588\" data-end=\"3253\">\n<li data-section-id=\"1gy3afp\" data-start=\"1588\" data-end=\"1665\">Compiling and preparing payroll information for submission each pay period.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"12nbtms\" data-start=\"1666\" data-end=\"1728\">Coordinating payroll processes with the Accounts Department.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"iibw9p\" data-start=\"1729\" data-end=\"1880\">Liaising with Deputy Managers and Service Managers to obtain payroll information, including timesheets, overtime, annual leave, and sickness records.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1ffb1r\" data-start=\"1881\" data-end=\"1959\">Ensuring payroll data is accurate, complete, and submitted within deadlines.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1wp5ucz\" data-start=\"1960\" data-end=\"2021\">Investigating and resolving payroll queries professionally.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"knlua9\" data-start=\"2022\" data-end=\"2101\">Maintaining accurate employee records, personnel files, and HR documentation.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1ex2hly\" data-start=\"2102\" data-end=\"2232\">Supporting recruitment activities, including advertising vacancies, arranging interviews, onboarding, and pre-employment checks.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"j0z6rf\" data-start=\"2233\" data-end=\"2313\">Assisting with contract changes, probation reviews, and leaver administration.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"62fczj\" data-start=\"2314\" data-end=\"2386\">Monitoring annual leave, sickness absence, and other employee records.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"qwnzb1\" data-start=\"2387\" data-end=\"2451\">Producing HR reports and maintaining HR databases and systems.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"m115f5\" data-start=\"2452\" data-end=\"2528\">Supporting managers with HR-related matters in line with company policies.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"f7kwww\" data-start=\"2529\" data-end=\"2628\">Liaising with BrightHR and professional advisors where employment law or HR guidance is required.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"19mox58\" data-start=\"2629\" data-end=\"2716\">Assisting with disciplinary, grievance, capability, and absence management processes.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"174sydq\" data-start=\"2717\" data-end=\"2866\">Supporting compliance with employment legislation, GDPR, company policies, CQC standards, and sponsorship compliance requirements where applicable.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"q5q1g5\" data-start=\"2867\" data-end=\"2933\">Supporting internal audits and regulatory compliance activities.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1c8nxmk\" data-start=\"2934\" data-end=\"3021\">Handling sensitive information with confidentiality, professionalism, and discretion.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3280\" data-end=\"3302\">Essential Criteria<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"3304\" data-end=\"3336\">The ideal candidate should have:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"3338\" data-end=\"3850\">\n<li data-section-id=\"isq0lu\" data-start=\"3338\" data-end=\"3422\">Previous administrative experience, preferably within HR, recruitment, or payroll.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1hibpbl\" data-start=\"3423\" data-end=\"3503\">Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1x9mcvj\" data-start=\"3504\" data-end=\"3562\">Strong
