Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Service Manager in managing day-to-day operations.
- Provide direct care and support to service users.
- Supervise and guide care staff to deliver person-centred care.
- Collaborate with health professionals and external agencies for comprehensive client support.
- Conduct risk assessments and audits on properties, medication, and finances.
- Approve staff rotas, leaves, and oversee timesheets and payroll.
- Ensure compliance with safeguarding policies and regulatory standards.
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 in Care (or equivalent) or willingness to pursue qualifications.
- Proven experience in Mental Health care services.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in digital tools and willingness to adopt new technologies.
Desirable Qualities:
- Empathy and understanding of Mental Health care needs.
- Leadership skills to inspire and manage a team effectively.
- Awareness of Health and Safety standards.
