The Queensway Homes 7th Anniversary Gala was a night to remember, filled with celebration, recognition, and a shared commitment to excellence in care. The event, held on the 24th of August 2024, brought together our dedicated staff for a memorable evening of accolades, camaraderie, and inspiration. Under the leadership of our Directors, Caroline and Nkosi Phansi, the Gala was a testament to the outstanding contributions made by our team members, all of whom embody the values of compassion, respect, and professionalism that Queensway Homes upholds.
The evening was filled with excitement as we honoured our exceptional staff with awards across ten categories, acknowledging their commitment and hard work in the field of social care. The winners received beautifully framed Awards of Excellence, a fitting tribute to their invaluable contributions.

The evening featured a delightful three-course meal, catering to both meat lovers and vegetarians, ensuring that everyone had a memorable dining experience. Music by DJ Big Joe kept the energy high throughout the night, while All Out Solutions captured every moment with their exceptional videography and photography services.
