Job Description

Location: Birmingham, UK
Hours: 37.5 hrs. (Full-Time) & Flexible (Bank)
Pay: £12.21 – £12.82

Queensway Homes Ltd. is recruiting 2 Full-Time Support Workers (37.5hrs) and Bank Staff to join our dedicated care team. We support people with mental health needs and learning disabilities, helping them live safe, meaningful, and independent lives.

About the Role

  • Provide person-centred support in line with care plans
  • Assist with daily living, personal care, and community activities

  • Keep accurate support records and work as part of a team

About You

  • Previous care experience is an advantage (training provided)
  • Caring, reliable, and flexible
  • Good communication skills
  • Willing to work some evenings and weekends
  • Right to work in the UK required
  • A valid DBS check is required
